Privacy Policy applicable to the processing of personal data associated with the use of the htww.life website and the services of Health Tourism Worldwide Ltd. as the trading name of ELEM ELEF Bt. by its customers
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, here in after referred to as GDPR), ELEM ELEF Bt. here by informs the visitors of the htww.life website about all facts related to all data processing processes associated with the use of the website. By their involvement in the respective process, Data Subjects shall become the data subjects of data processing in accordance with the present process description.

As the operator of the htww.life website (here in after referred to as the Website), ELEM ELEF Bt. (here in after referred to as ELEM ELEF) here by inform site visitors that the processing of personal data associated with this Website shall be solely inaccordance with this Privacy Policy.

ELEM ELEF does not engage processors in its data processing activities and does not transfer data to third parties. Data Subjects shall at all times be entitled to exercise their rights and legal remedies detailed in Clause 4 inrespect of each processing activity.
